KIRIKITI

Kirikiti (Samoan cricket) has a long history of play in Wellington dating back to the 1980’s.

2024/25 is a big year for the sport, which will include the first season of a Wellington Kirikiti Club Competition and College Kirikiti Festival. See below for ways to get involved!

KIRIKITI PREMIER LEAGUE

In partnership with the Wellington Sāmoa Kirikiti Association (WSKA) & Healthy Families Hutt Valley, we bring you the Kirikiti Premier League (KPL). The inaugural season in November and December 2024 was a huge hit with 13 teams hotly contesting the final spots. KPL 2024 Champions are Ulalei Wainuiomata Sport (Women) and Valley Bears (Men).

Registrations for KPL 2025 will open in August 2025.
