My code isn't working?
- Ensure you are inputting your code no more than 20 minutes prior to your booking
- Ensure you have pressed the enter key
- If your code is not working, please text Kavi on 022 694 2011
Are bowling machine balls provided?
Users must provide their own bowling machine balls. Please do not use regular cricket balls in the bowling machines as they cause damage to the machines.
The facility needs maintenance
If you notice any damage or the facility needs maintenance, please contact Ryan (Venues Manager) on 021 971 224 or ryan@cricketwellington.co.nz
How to cancel a booking (WSC Members Only)
- Log into your Book-a-Net account, and click the blue “My Account” button at the top of the page.
- Click on the “Orders” tab.
- Click on the order number which you wish to cancel. This will bring up the session overview.
- Click on the “Cancel session” hyperlink.
